Definitions
Pooled funds
An investment vehicle in which a number of investors pool their assets so they can be managed on a collective basis. Shares in a pooled fund are denominated in units and are re-priced regularly to reflect changes in underlying assets. This allows investors to value their holdings regularly.
Segregated funds
An investment portfolio which is managed on behalf of a single client and has separately identifiable assets.
